The CRO Tasting Menu and CRO Roast are audit-only services.
Deliverables may include visual redesign concepts, mockups, and recommendations. These are provided for strategic and illustrative purposes only.
Implementation, development, coding, or execution of redesigns is not included.
You are solely responsible for implementing any recommendations.
Implementation services, if offered, require a separate agreement.
The CRO Tasting Menu and CRO Roast are productized services with a clearly defined scope.
They do not include revision cycles, redesign requests, or ongoing feedback during the production phase.
After delivery, you may submit clarification questions for up to fourteen (14) days.
Additional revisions, redesigns, or implementation support require a separate engagement.
Conversion rate optimization involves numerous variables that are outside of our control.
We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

You acknowledge that success depends on proper implementation and external factors beyond our control, and results will vary.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to perform the audit.
Due to the strategic, intellectual, and custom nature of these services, all sales are final.
Refunds are not available once work has begun.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your business.
You may implement the recommendations internally or with third parties.
Brittany Shuck Designs, LLC retains ownership of all original methodologies, processes, frameworks, and underlying intellectual property.
We reserve the right to display non-confidential portions of the work for portfolio, marketing, and educational purposes.
Confidential information will not be shared publicly.
Fractional, consulting, or ongoing services differ from productized audit services.
These services may include collaborative work, implementation guidance, ongoing optimization, and recurring deliverables.
Specific scope, timelines, and terms for fractional services will be defined separately and agreed upon in writing prior to the start of such services.
Purchase of a CRO Audit Report or CRO Roast does not create an ongoing service relationship.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brittany Shuck Designs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
We are not responsible for any business losses, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost opportunities resulting from the use or implementation of our recommendations.
All services and deliverables are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We make no warranties regarding performance, results, or outcomes.
